
OUR EMPLOYEE TEAM
We believe if Fresh Ideas has the right employee team members, and if we provide them with the information and training needed to manage our resources responsibly, then we can provide our customers with satisfaction beyond their highest expectations.
We do this through our training, through our MBO and Total Quality Management process, through our evaluation of employees, and specifically, through programs such as our Weekly Conference Call for management personnel. During our Weekly Conference Call, held every Tuesday morning, Managers and Corporate Staff discuss issues of importance, evolving trends, innovative ideas, unit check-in information, and resource management.
And while we are passionate about our training practices with employees - we are equally concerned about their job satisfaction. We believe in fostering an atmosphere where students develop lasting relationships with the Fresh Ideas employees who nurture them each day. We are particularly proud of those times when campuses have awarded our employee team with recognitions as their favorite staff member for the entire campus or recognition for their school pride.
Any food service company can prepare food for a campus. What, in turn, becomes the key to success is the way in which we interact with students, faculty, and staff ensure the food and services we provide exceed expectations.
