*We recognize that our students are busy and that meal times can often take a back seat to daily workloads. We also recognize the importance of good nutrition and the impact it has on academic success. That is why Fresh Ideas makes “Grab and Go” selections available as an alternative to dining in the cafeteria.

**Arrangements will be available for boarding students who have employment or class schedule conflicts in order that they may pick-up late plates, sack lunches or box lunches in the dining hall. Fresh Ideas will also prepare meal trays for pick up by designated individuals for delivery to rooms of boarding students who are unable to attend meals in the dining room due to illness.

“I particularly appreciate the strong customer service orientation that has been evident from the beginning of our partnership. Staff greet patrons in a pleasant, helpful way, and there is a constant effort to make the dining and serving areas the most attractive and inviting they can be…The experience of Central Methodist University with Fresh Ideas has been very positive, and I would recommend that this firm be given serious consideration in food service contract negotiations. The management staff is dedicated to providing excellent food and service, and they have demonstrated their ability to accomplish goals and accommodate students’ tastes.”

“Thoughts about the student”

·

A student is a very important person in our business.

·

A student is not dependent on us. We are dependent on the student.

·

A student is not an interruption of our work. They are the purpose of it.

·

A student is not doing us a favor when coming to the cafeteria. We appreciate the opportunity to serve the student.

·

A student is a person who comes to us with needs and wants. It is our job to fulfill them.

·

Our Students deserve the most courteous attention we can give them. They are the customers of our business. They pay our salaries. Without them we would have to close our doors.
